CONWAY TOWNSHIP LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MICHIGAN
NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO CONWAY TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
The Conway Township Board of Trustees, at its July 19, 2021, meeting has amended the Conway Township Ordinance to Establish Ordinance Enforcement Officer, General Law Ordinance No. 25, effective the day following the date of publication, as follows:
1. Remove appointment of Zoning Administrator. To separate the offices of Zoning Administrator and Ordinance Enforcement Officer to allow two persons to serve in those rolls.
The complete text of the amended ordinance may be examined at the Township Hall, 8015 N. Fowlerville, Fowlerville, MI 48836, during regular Township business hours, which are 9am-3pm Tuesdays and 9am-3pm Wednesdays, or on the Township’s website, www.conwaytownship.com.
