TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Conway Township, will hold a special meeting on January 7^th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Conway Township Hall at 8015 N. Fowlerville Rd., Fowlerville, MI 48836. The purpose of the special meeting will be to discuss, review and make a determination regarding legal action and a cost sharing agreement with Cohoctah Township for said legal action regarding the Headland Solar project submittal to the MPSC.

This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
